Welcome to QV Archive. We value transparency and want you to shop with confidence. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Items

QV Archive specializes in pre-owned, secondhand, and vintage pieces. We take great care to describe all items accurately, including any signs of wear or imperfections. Please note that unless otherwise stated, items are not brand new and may show minor indications of age.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • European Union (EU) Non-Business Customers: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all tags/packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No returns or refunds for Business Customers (B2B). 

  • Non-EU Customers (Rest of the World): All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on orders shipped outside the EU. Please review product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchase.

3. Color Variation

Due to variations in screen settings and display performance, colors may appear slightly different in person. While we aim to provide accurate imagery, please allow for minimal variation.

4. Measurements & Fit

All sizing and measurements are provided as guidelines only. We strongly encourage comparing our listed measurements with your own garments to ensure the best fit.

5. Additional Information

We encourage buyers to contact us with any questions or requests for additional details before making a purchase. We are happy to provide further photos, descriptions, or guidance to help you make an informed decision.

6. VAT for EU Buyers

For EU orders, the checkout process will automatically apply the mandatory Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the delivery country. This ensures compliance with local tax regulations and full transparency in your final order total.

7. Responsibility for Collection

Failure to clear customs or collect your parcel on time will result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, you will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both ways) and a 10% restocking fee. If the item must be reshipped, the buyer bears the full cost of the new shipment.

8. Security & Address Verification

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, storage units, or unregistered addresses. Orders where shipping and billing information do not match may be cancelled.
