Shipping policy

We ship all orders worldwide with DHL Express within 3 business days. A reduced flat rate is applied at checkout — QV Archive covers most of the shipping cost.

US & UK: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see is final — no hidden costs, duties, or fees (effective 25.08.2025).

EU: A mandatory EU VAT is applied at checkout.

Rest of the World: Local customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times range between 1–10 business days, depending on the destination. Shipments to the US & Canada typically arrive within 1–5 business days. Remote destinations such as Australia, South America, Africa, and certain islands may take longer.

Please note: orders placed between Friday 10:00 (CEST) and Monday 22:00 (CEST) will be shipped the following Tuesday. If you require Monday dispatch, please email us immediately after placing your order at info@qvarchive.com with your order number.

All shipments are dispatched uninsured by default. From the moment of dispatch, all liability for loss, theft, damage, or delay passes to the buyer. If you would like to insure your shipment, please contact us at info@qvarchive.com
 right after placing your order.

An adult or direct signature is required upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, storage units, mailboxes, or unregistered addresses. Orders where billing and shipping details do not match may be cancelled for security reasons.

At QV Archive, we value a thoughtful and responsible approach to purchasing. Please ensure that your shipping details and contact information are correct at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you will automatically receive DHL Express notifications at each key stage of delivery. We encourage you to follow your tracking closely, collect your parcel on time, and reach out proactively to DHL Express or to us if you have any questions along the way.
